In the past, Oregon teenagers were almost always tried in county juvenile courts. With the passage of Measure 11, that has all changed.
If you are at least 15 years old and are charged with one of the following crimes, you will automatically be tried as an adult in criminal court. And, if convicted, you face the following times behind bars, as a minimum. No questions asked.
