Chief Deputy, Klamath County Sheriff’s Office
Chief Deputy Rowley started his career with the Portland Police Bureau in 1977 and retired in 2007 as a Commander with 30 years of service. In August of 2007 he moved to Klamath County with His wife and two young children operating a commercial sheep ranch outside of Malin Oregon.
Martin coaches Pop Warner football and wrestling in the Basin. In January of 2013 he was appointed Chief Deputy by Sheriff Frank Skrah and continues to serve in that capacity.
Chief Deputy Rowley was certified in 1977 by BPST and recertified in a 16 week Basic Academy Class at the Department of Public Safety, Standards, and Training 2015.
