The District Attorney's Office will only be offering remote presentations at this time. A DVD or Flash drive of the presentation is available at the front desk of the District Attorney’s Office.

Please read the following instructions to ensure that you will receive credit.
For physical copies of the presentation and questionnaire:
1. Pay your fee at the District Attorney's Office located at 316 Main St. Klamath Falls Oregon. Our Office is open Monday -Friday 8:30AM to 5:00 PM excluding holiday's and state mandated furlough days. Please call ahead to confirm we are open (541) 883-5147. Upon payment you will receive a DVD/Flash Drive with a questionnaire attached. For DUII, the fee is (CASH ONLY) $50. You will need to bring your ID and the name of your treatment provider. For MIP, the fee is (CASH ONLY) $10 There will be an additional $5 fee for a flash drive. DVD's will be free.
2. Watch the Videos and fill out the attached questionnaire
3. Return the questionnaire to the District Attorney's Office, 316 Main St. Klamath Falls, OR 97601. Upon-receiving your completed questionnaire, the District Attorney's Office will report compliance to your treatment provider, the Klamath County court or Juvenile case worker.
