Consideration of an amendment to Article 41 to lengthen the validity period of a site plan review from 180 days to 365 days.
Consideration of amendments to Articles 20, 68 and 70. These amendments are regarding road standards and driveways on both urban streets and rural roads
Consideration of a request for preliminary plan approval of a 4-lot subdivision located at the eastern terminus of Apogee Way and north of the intersection of Apogee Way and Peregrine Heights. The applicant is also requesting a variance for the length of the cul-de-sac. Article 71.100 (D) restricts the length of a cul-de-sac to 700 feet. Apogee Way is approximately ½ mile long.
